I’m really not someone who enjoys going to be gym. Even when I was a member of a local one less than 5 minutes from my house, I still found it difficult to find the motivation to go. That’s why, since upgrading to a smart TV a couple of months ago, I’ve been using workouts I find on YouTube to exercise in my own front room. A particular favourite channel of mine is Tone It Up with . They often workout on the beach, which makes for a much more interesting backdrop, and their routines are easy to follow and varied, so you don’t get bored. I change the type of workout I do depending on what I’ve done previously but tend to favour their whole body ones, abs and legs. They’ve got loads of choice on their channel but I thought I’d link to a few of my favourites.
