Bikini season is nearly upon us, and we’re all thinking about those extra couple of lbs that we’d like to lose in preparation for stepping out on to the beach. I’ve never been one to condone extreme dieting or exercise, as long as you stay fit and healthy that’s far more important than being super skinny! It’s always good to keep active so if you can’t face the idea of going to the gym, venture outdoors and opt for a bike ride instead, or a brisk walk to get your heart pumping! Start gently, and work your way up – try not to push yourself too early on as you’ll be the one paying for it the next day, and the more gradual you make it, the more likely you are to maintain it. Whatever form of exercise you may choose try and make it as varied and enjoyable as possible to stop you getting bored.
