Over the weekend, while the weather was lovely and sunny, we took a trip to one of our local garden centres to have a look at some of the beautiful plants that are starting to flower as we move further into spring. While we were there we came across this gorgeous summer house and instantly fell in love.
This gave me some inspiration to have a look around at how other people use this outdoor space to make it feel homely, with only a limited amount of room on offer. Some use it as an extra sitting room – a place to relax and unwind with a good book and a glass of wine, while others use it as a guest bedroom, to make up for lack of space in the main house. However you use this added room, you can make it look just as inviting as any other, by adding soft funishings and flowers, keeping it neutral with creams and earthy tones, or going for bright pops of colour.
