Happy Halloween! Whatever it is that you’re doing this evening, have a fun and safe evening. Me and the boy will be staying indoors, trying to find a good scary film to watch together, and eating the most delicious chocolate malt cake I whipped up last night. It’s the recipe I’ve previously used to make Chocolate Malt Cupcakes, I just baked the mixture in a full sized cake tin and upped the cooking time to 35 minutes to make sure it was cooked thoroughly. I also used some candy to decorate the top in a super simple way.
