Over the past few months I’ve been really enjoying sampling different kinds of green tea. I started with a simple plain green tea after reading all about its benefits and have added a couple of fruit flavoured ones to my collection since. This weekend I moved away from fruit and instead chose a salted caramel variety. It is absolutely delicious and is still a healthy alternative to other hot drinks, in a lovely, warming way. Of the flavours I’ve picked out below, I think caramelised apple or mango and lychee will be my next choices, so I’m looking forward to tasting them along the way.
