It would be safe to say that I don’t particularly enjoy exercise. I do have membership to a gym but on average I would say I go about once every 2 weeks. I think it’s because I don’t have a lot of motivation. I don’t need to lose any extra pounds and there are things I would much rather do, but in recent years I’ve become increasingly aware that I am quite unfit. I would like to be able to jog for more than a couple of minutes without struggling, so I’ve been looking around the internet and came across this training plan for being able to run 5km within 10 weeks. I think this is a great idea, even if you’re not planning on participating in a run anytime soon, it seems like a great way to gradually build up to being able to run a longer distance. So the plan is, over the next couple of months I will be using this plan to help me on my way to a fitter lifestyle.
