If you’ve managed to get to the gym or out onto the street for a run, then you’ve done the difficult bit and well done you! Now, to keep you motivated I thought I’d bring you the kind of playlist that’ll keep your energy up and your eyes on the prize. It’s so much easier to feel pumped up and ready to exercise when you have the right music playing, that’s how I feel anyone, so I’m sure there’s plenty of you out there who feel the same.
